      • Track the position of the mesh nodes in a Lagrangian fashion by integrating the evolution equation.

      • To simulate the pinch-off dynamics, we adopted the NSCH(Navier-Stokes-Cahn-Hilliard) equation as a governing equation.

    • Procedure
      • After the initialization of field variables, we wait until the fluid wet the solid surface.
      • Then, simulate the pulling process by moving mesh.
    • Results
      • We can simulate the finite depth dip coating process in 2D and 3D cases.
